Tiv2 – Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on tiv2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies published by tiv2. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and tiv2 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your automatic acceptance of those changes.

The tiv2 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is permitted. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with their local laws.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of tiv2 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. tiv2 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you can demonstrate that your account was accessed without authorisation and that you reported it to us promptly.

Tiv2 reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time to ensure platform security and compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, proof of address, and payment information.

3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

Users agree to use the tiv2 platform for lawful purposes only, in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or computer programs to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
• Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming or payment systems.
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing any third party to access your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Distributing content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to other users.

Users who violate any of the above rules may be subject to immediate action, including account suspension, account closure, or appropriate legal proceedings.

4. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions

All transactions on the tiv2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). tiv2 accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including bank transfers and eWallets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated in the platform's payment section at the relevant time.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or eWallet details are accurate and up to date. tiv2 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the same name as the user's tiv2 account.

Tiv2 reserves the right to suspend or hold any suspicious transactions for security review and compliance purposes. In such cases, users will be contacted to provide the required supporting documents before the transaction can be processed.

All winnings and account balances are subject to verification and the applicable terms and conditions. tiv2 is not responsible for any taxes applicable to user winnings under Malaysian tax law.

5. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure

Tiv2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, a court order, or at tiv2's sole discretion where there is a significant risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a user violation, any account balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Limitation of Liability

Tiv2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorised access by third parties beyond tiv2's control. tiv2's liability to users is limited to the amount deposited by the user into their account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tiv2 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces, is the property of tiv2 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission from tiv2.

Third-Party Links

The tiv2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' reference. tiv2 has no control over the content of those third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Access to any third-party site is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Tiv2 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the tiv2 platform shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, unless both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted or removed to the extent necessary, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
